Simple to make. Good as a dip with
tortilla chips or nachos.
2 avocados, peeled and mashed
1 tomato, diced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (60 ml) cilantro, chopped (optional)
sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
- Prepare ingredients as noted and mix together.
- Add the avocado pits to mixture – they will help keep the guacamole from turning brown.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
